We offer a FREE Community All-level Class the 3rd Sunday of every month.  A chance to try out the teachers who take turns teaching their special style of movement!
 1-2pm, donations accepted for the Dutchess Outreach in Poughkeepsie, no reservations required, just come and enjoy moving your body and increasing your health and well-being!

has a great PE program.  Margaret Robelee, the PE teacher set up a schedule for Kathleen from Everybody's Yoga to do three sessions with K-3 on April 16, 2010.

The Reformed Church Weekday Nursery School, Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY
