      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905322"&gt;&lt;font face="Century Gothic, Futura, Sans-Serif" color="#007236"&gt;Hello there!&amp;#160; This is the first of the blogs on our website.&amp;#160; I hope that having this blog will help us get to know each other better and help us to have conversations about healthy living and yoga.&amp;#160; Please feel free to post any comments or questions.&amp;#160; Thank you.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905323"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905324"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;The theme for this month was chosen by Bonnie:&amp;#160; the Yamas.&amp;#160; This is great for our first blog post since the yamas are the first limb of the 8 limbs of classical yoga and are where we start our practice by becoming aware of what is necessary in relationships with one another.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905325"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905326"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;There are 5 of them:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905327"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905328"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;1.&amp;#160; Ahimsa, the most important one, means Non-harming&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905329"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;2.&amp;#160; Satya means Truth&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905330"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;3.&amp;#160; Asteya&amp;#160; means Non-stealing&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905331"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;4.&amp;#160; Bramacharya means Self-restraint&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905332"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;5.&amp;#160; Aparagraha means&amp;#160; Non-hoarding&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905333"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905334"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;When we talk about the Yamas we also are considering how we apply these to ourselves, not just to others.&amp;#160; After all, we are the other half of relationships....that's a large portion!&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905335"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905336"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;Let's start with the first one, Ahimsa, Non-harming.&amp;#160; A couple of questions to ask yourself:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905337"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905338"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;&amp;#160;Where in my life am I not practicing Ahimsa for myself?&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905339"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905340"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;What do I allow into my life that causes harm to me?&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905341"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905342"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;As I look at these questions I'm realizing that I need to get up early tomorrow morning and in the spirit of non-harming I'll say goodnight now.....will check back for some responses tomorrow~&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905343"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905344"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905345"&gt;&lt;font color="#007236"&gt;Namaste~Cathy&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905346"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905347"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-5905348"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
